“Designers are non-empathic snobs and product people just managers without expertise.” Leading UX activities and advancing UX practices in a larger organization (like Siemens) certainly has its challenges.

Therefore, I was extremely grateful about the opportunity to closely work with Jesse James Garrett, one of the key thought leaders in the UX field, to shape my role as a UX Principal, get clarity on how I build influence on decision makers, and be more strategic about the UX initiatives I lead.
