Study: Strategy in the digital age

This project was conducted in collaboration with T-Systems Multimedia Solutions and it is a two-part study that looks behind the curtain of digitization in several companies. Using interviews and case study research we observed, how managers formulate a digital transformation strategy, what external influences are important, and how organizations go about their digital transformation.
